Case management serves as a means for achieving client wellness and spirtual support through advocacy, communication, education, identification of service resources and service facilitation. The case manager helps identify appropriate providers and services while working closely with client, family and therapist.
Telehealth therapy improves access to care for people who live in rural areas or who, due to illness or mobility problems, can't leave home. Telehealth is now our primary option for therapy due to COVID-19.
